South Baldwin Chamber Celebrates Dedicated Diplomats Completing Their Terms

The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize the dedicated volunteers who have completed their three-year terms in the Chamber’s Diplomat Program—an elite group of leaders who play a vital role in strengthening member engagement, supporting Chamber operations, and fostering a welcoming, connected business community.

Proudly presented by Rogue Pest Solutions of the Gulf Coast, the Diplomat Program is made up of standout volunteers who give their time, leadership, and enthusiasm to the Chamber’s mission. Diplomats serve as ambassadors to new members, assist with high-visibility events, help expand the Chamber’s reach through referrals and connections, and ensure that every business within our network feels seen, supported, and valued.

Throughout their service, Diplomats receive professional development opportunities, leadership experiences, and well-earned recognition that reflect their impact on both the Chamber and the broader community. This year, we are honored to celebrate several Diplomats who have completed their terms—many of whom have chosen to renew and continue serving for another three years.
 

Recognizing Our 2025 Diplomat Term Completions

✷ Jack Rich | Rogue Pest Solutions - Gulf Coast

Jack completed his three-year term—and has chosen to renew. As the program’s presenting sponsor for the past three years and the 2023 Diplomat of the Year, Jack has also been recognized twice as DOM. His commitment, leadership, and investment in the Diplomat Program have helped elevate it to new heights.

✷ Elise Bridges - Baldwin County Public Schools

A two-time Diplomat of the Month (DOM) and the 2025 Diplomat Chairman, Elise brought remarkable leadership and enthusiasm to the program. Her dedication to mentoring new members, supporting events, and uplifting the Chamber team leaves a lasting impact on every initiative she touched.

"When I first moved to Foley, I didn’t know many people! It was recommended to me to join the Diplomat Program in order to meet new people. Not only did I gain valuable industry contacts and grow in my career, but I have made friends for life in this program! Being the diplomat chair this year has truly been an honor and I have enjoyed the connections and memories this program has given me!"

✷ Elizabeth Fulmer | EmptyMinds Motorsports, LLC

Elizabeth completed her three-year term in June and enthusiastically renewed for another term. A three-time DOM recipient, she continually sets the bar with her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to meaningful member engagement.

✷ Erin Maulden | All About Ink notary and More

Erin completed her term in January and elected to renew for another three years. A two-time DOM recipient, she is known for her genuine connection with members, steady dependability, and willingness to jump in to support Chamber events at every level.

“What I’ve loved most about being a Diplomat is seeing how much the Chamber truly empowers local businesses. Every event, every conversation, every connection matters—and I’m proud to play a part in that impact.” 
 

✷ Samantha Lewellen | Farmers Insurance, The Weaver Agency

Samantha completed her term in June after serving as the 2024 Diplomat Chairman and earning Diplomat of the Year in 2024, and was also a past DOM recipient. Her leadership elevated the program’s visibility and strengthened the overall experience for members and fellow volunteers. 

“The Diplomat program gave me the chance to build real connections, support new members, and stay involved in what’s happening in our business community. Serving as the 2024 Chairwoman was also a great experience, allowing me to build even closer relationships with my fellow Diplomats. I’ve truly valued the experience and the work we accomplished together.”

Bruce completed his three-year term before moving out of the area. A past DOM recipient, Bruce played an important role in welcoming members and supporting community events during his service. His contributions and presence will be missed by the Chamber family.

David will complete his three-year term in February 2026; however, he is transitioning early to join the South Baldwin Chamber’s Board of Directors. A standout contributor to the Diplomat Program, David earned Diplomat of the Month four times—the most achieved by any Diplomat within a single term. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and steady involvement made him a valued leader within the group.

“My time as a Chamber Diplomat for the South Baldwin Chamber was truly rewarding. The value wasn't measured in hours, but in handshakes and genuine connections. I cherished the opportunity to welcome new businesses, support local entrepreneurs, and volunteer my time for South Baldwin's dynamic community.”
