AIDT Leadership Skills Training: Elevate Your Leadership Potential
This program is structured as a three-part series, with each course building upon the last. Completion of all three monthly sessions and successful passing of the associated online assessments are required to earn your valuable AIDT Leadership Skills certification.
Full Course Schedule:
Leadership Skills 3 focuses on developing personal disciplines and the awareness required for effective leadership. This course equips leaders with skills to strengthen self-awareness, personal accountability, and professional presence.

Explore the components of emotional intelligence and learn how to apply these skills to navigate workplace challenges.

Emphasize professional integrity and responsibility while examining common workplace dilemmas and the impact of ethical behavior on trust and culture.

Develop techniques for prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and increasing productivity.

Learn to step forward confidently, communicate needs, and take proactive action.
Registration & Attendance Requirements

Pre-registration is required. No on-site registration will be available.

Limited Capacity: Classes are limited to 20 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Completion: Participants must attend each class in full and successfully pass an online assessment at the end of each session to receive their final certificate. Leadership Skills courses do not need to be taken in numerical order. Participants may complete Levels 1, 2, and 3 in any sequence and will still receive their certification upon successful completion of all three courses.
