AIDT Leadership Skills Training: Elevate Your Leadership Potential
This program is structured as a three-part series, with each course building upon the last. Completion of all three monthly sessions and successful passing of the associated online assessments are required to earn your valuable AIDT Leadership Skills certification.
Full Course Schedule:
Leadership Skills 2 is designed to help leaders achieve results by empowering, guiding, and developing the people they lead. This course focuses on the interpersonal and strategic skills required to influence performance, build strong relationships, and create a supportive environment where employees can excel.
- Leaders learn how to adapt their leadership approach to better connect with and support diverse personality types.
- Equip leaders with tools, techniques, and strategies that encourage creativity, collaboration, and generate productive ideas.
- Navigate disagreements constructively and transform conflicts into positive outcomes.
- Learn practical methods to inspire performance and support employee growth.
Registration & Attendance Requirements

Pre-registration is required. No on-site registration will be available.

Limited Capacity: Classes are limited to 20 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Completion: Participants must attend each class in full and successfully pass an online assessment at the end of each session to receive their final certificate. Leadership Skills courses do not need to be taken in numerical order. Participants may complete Levels 1, 2, and 3 in any sequence and will still receive their certification upon successful completion of all three courses.
