Summary
The Residential Maintenance Technicians perform various duties, tasks, and responsibilities for Property Investment Management. They are expected to always be courteous to residents. Completing repairs right the first time and following up on instances where results are uncertain (Freon leaks, roof leaks, etc.) is very important.
