Tree Lighting Ceremony at OWA

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at OWA.  Kick off the season at our 6th annual Tree Lighting Ceremony!

Enjoy a snowy Tree Lighting ceremony with Christmas music playing through the streets of Downtown. This remarkable holiday experience is filled with ceremonious live entertainment followed by an epic lighting of OWA’s giant, 36-foot-tall Christmas tree, snowfall, and fireworks display.

This event is free to attend in Downtown OWA. No admission required.

Schedule of events

• 5-6 pm Holiday Music
• 6-6:30 pm Students from the Magnolia Dance Company perform a holiday-themed routine.
• 6:30 pm OWA Tree Lighting
• 6:55 pm Special Guest Speech
• 7 pm Christmas-themed fireworks
• 7-7:30 pm Snowfall in Downtown OWA
• 7-8:30 pm Grab a photo with Santa and catch a live dance performance immediately following the Tree Lighting Ceremony at the OWA Theater.
