We are a fast-paced, tech-forward office that values precision, empathy, and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team on-site in Gulf Shores to serve as the heartbeat of our client operations.
The Perks of the Role
We value our team's time. This position offers a consistent, predictable schedule with a built-in "head start" on your weekend:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 am-4:30 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am-12:00 pm
As the primary point of contact for our firm, you will balance administrative excellence with high-level client service:
- Client Advocacy: Serving as the first point of contact, ensuring every client feels heard and professionally supported.
- Legal Administration: Drafting pleadings, legal documents, and formal correspondence with close attention to detail.
- Case Management: Coordinating signings, discovery procedures, and maintaining organized digital files through large-scale scanning and indexing.
- Master of the Calendar: Proactively managing court deadlines, filing dates, and attorney appointments.
- Tech Mastery: Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive are daily essentials). We are a digital-heavy office; advanced computer and typing skills are a must.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. You should be comfortable drafting technical documents and speaking with clients during sensitive life events.
- Organization: A natural ability to prioritize tasks, manage "large file" projects, and keep a complex calendar moving.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive "how can I help?" attitude and the ability to work seamlessly within a small team environment.
