This interactive 8-hour course will equip adults with the knowledge and tools to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among youth. Participants will learn a practical 5-step action plan to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
Ideal for parents, teachers, school staff, caregivers, and anyone who regularly interacts with adolescents, this training supports early intervention and strengthens community mental health awareness.
