Description

The 8-week Certified Phlebotomist program at Visionary Health Career Training Institute LLC is a comprehensive course that equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to successfully enter the field of phlebotomy. Students will learn to accurately collect, process, and transport laboratory specimens, identify potential pre-analytical errors, and perform clinical procedures under the guidance of a Physician or Nurse Practitioner.

Students have the opportunity to experience classroom learning, laboratory practice, and supervised hands-on clinical training in a long-term care facility. After completing and passing all the requirements of the Phlebotomy program, graduates will be eligible to sit for the state exam for certified phlebotomists.
